Bridalveil Fall 5

Bridalveil Fall was my first stop in Yosemite National Park. This view, looking along the after-flow of the falls, caught my eye, especially with the waterfall framed beautifully through the trees. Hallie was so proud of herself perched up on a rock beside me as I took this image.

*Within my landscape photography, Ansel Adams leadership in the field has always been a great inspiration, especially within his efforts in Yosemite. It was a magical moment for me to photograph some of the same iconic locations that he made famous during his career. This amazing location was just the first of several.
