Welcome to Doug Heslep Fine Art. By visiting or using this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not accept these terms, please discontinue use of the site.

1. Website Use
All materials on this website. This includes photographs, artwork, text, design elements, and product offerings are the exclusive property of Doug Heslep and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, displayed, or used in any form without prior written consent.

2. Orders & Payment
All prints and products are created to order. Production begins once payment has been received and confirmed. Cancelling an order must be before 10am EST of the next day after order is received. If the order has been submitted for printing the order can’t be cancelled. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. Prices do increase via a structured table on Limited Editions as the quantity decreases. Doug Heslep Fine Art reserves the right to limit quantity of, decline, or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing inaccuracies or product availability issues. *In regard to quantity limits, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, as a courtesy we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

3. Shipping
Shipping is complimentary for unframed paper print orders within the United States. This includes Limited Edition, Open Edition, Combo Packs, and most Custom Prints. Unframed paper prints are carefully packaged and shipped in a high-quality tube.

Not included are mounted Acrylic, Metal, stretched Canvas Prints, and Books. These items are billed per your location within the United States.

All items are shipped via Fed-X, UPS, or USPS. Tracking and insurance is utilized.

International shipping is not currently available.

4. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Limited Edition, Open Edition, and Combo prints may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Because certain works are produced through specialized processes and third-party vendors, mounted Acrylic or Metal prints, Stretched Canvas pieces, Custom-sized prints, and Books are not eligible for refunds. However, we do offer the option of a store credit.

If a return or credit is approved, the artwork must be sent back in its original condition. Any damage will void eligibility. A restocking fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any shipping fees associated with replacement items.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All artwork, imagery, written content, logos, and branding elements featured on this website remain the sole intellectual property of Doug Heslep. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information presented. However, Doug Heslep Fine Art is not liable for typographical errors, service interruptions, shipping delays, or any damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of its products. Our computer monitors are calibrated, thus have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Any new features, services, or tools introduced to the store will automatically fall under these Terms of Service. The most current version of the Terms can always be reviewed on this page.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at our discretion by posting revisions to the website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the website after any updates are posted signifies your acceptance of those revisions.

7. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
